Where it comes from
FLO was born from Ryan Grande’s own journey toward discipline and mental performance. With a background in competitive basketball and creative direction, Ryan spent over a decade at the intersection of sport, design and personal growth.
Flow is the state every athlete chases: fully present, no wasted motion, effort that feels like ease. FLO is our shorthand for living there, on the court and off it.
